Photography, Web Design, Creative Solutions

When we first started working with Copperline, it already felt familiar,  because we’d been customers for years. From morning coffee runs to creative meetings over lattes, their shop had become part of our routine. It was clear they weren’t just serving coffee — they were cultivating a space. A sense of belonging. A place where locals in Volusia County could gather for their morning ritual or a midday reset. With three locations and a reputation for quality, their in-person experience was already dialed in. The next step was to bring that same energy online, where it could reach both new and loyal customers in a more intentional way.

Photography That Feels Like a Morning Visit

We started our partnership the way any good story begins — with food. Our first shoot focused on Copperline’s full menu, capturing signature items like their chicken biscuit sandwiches, waffles, and fresh salads. Every frame aimed to reflect a real moment: hot coffee in hand, a sunny seat by the window, and a plate that looked too good not to photograph. We didn’t want it to just look good — we wanted it to feel like Copperline.

Those visuals now live across their website and social media channels, helping set expectations and build excitement before a guest even steps through the door. With consistent seasonal updates and ongoing photography, their visuals stay as fresh as their food.

A Website Built for Simplicity and Scale

Copperline’s new website was designed with both form and function in mind. We built a private room reservations page with real-time calendar views, making it easy for customers to secure the space without needing to call in. It’s a small change that’s had a big impact on operations, saving the team time and reducing the number of phone inquiries.

We also brought their merchandise online for the first time. What used to be in-store only is now a full e-commerce experience. From gift cards and signature coffees to limited-run merch drops that consistently sell out. The site allows their audience to shop and support the brand from anywhere, extending Copperline’s reach far beyond its café walls.

Smart Systems Behind the Scenes

Good design isn’t just what you see. It’s also what happens when no one’s looking. We developed custom forms for job applications and guest roaster inquiries that automatically send submissions to the right person. These small systems create big efficiencies — saving time, reducing friction, and helping Copperline stay organized as they grow.

What We Learned

Working with Copperline reminded us that good branding starts with understanding what people already love and then building systems to make it easier to share that love at scale. Whether it’s grabbing a latte, booking a space for a birthday brunch, or buying your favorite crewneck online, the experience should be seamless from screen to storefront.

It’s not just about looking good — it’s about making things work better, for both the team and their community.
